1.  Ordering goods by any means implies acceptance of the conditions of sale set out here and displayed in our premises.
2.  Goods remain the property of Croft Design until paid for in full.
3.  Written notification is required for non-delivery / damage / shortage within 7 days of the invoice date.
4.  No Guarantees are given on our vestments during dry cleaning or washing.
5.  No liability will be accepted for any changes in appearance, or quality of any of our products if they 
     are treated after purchase by processing of any kind including flame proofing, stain resistant finishes.
6.  No liability will be accepted for any changes in appearance, or quality of any of our products if after 
     purchase they are stored in damp or unsuitable conditions.
7.  No liability will be accepted for any minor irregularities that exist and are hereditary on hand 
     embroidered, machine embroidered and silk fabrics.      
     All embroidered fabrics are prone to damage, especially when mishandled.
8.  VAT is payable on all carriage charges including post and packing.
9.  For non-account customers, placing orders of under £150.00 a cheque must be received or credit 
     details given before goods are despatched. Postage and packing will be charged in addition.
10. On orders over the value of £150, a deposit of 60% is required. The balance together with postage 
     and packing will be billed on the despatch of the goods.
11. Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Payment may be made by credit card.
12. Overdue accounts will be subject to a 10% charge after a reminder has been sent. 
      Standard fees apply for payment demands.
13. Goods made to special order are not returnable or refundable. 
14. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect delivery, 
      you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend 
      that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). 
      We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. A 10% restocking charge may be made.
15. Made-to-Measure - Garments and Furnishings 	  
      We rely on the accuracy of your measurements when ordering made-to-measure products. 
      We do not accept responsibility for any inaccurate measurements provided by you. All fabrics are subject to availability.  
    Made-To-Measure and Custom-Made orders are based on the measurements that you provide when placing your order 
       and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your made-to-measure item or custom order) 
       caused by errors in the measurements provided by you. 
       Please note that before dispatching any order, we check and record each measurement of each part of the garment and 
       keep this information on record so that if any misfit case arises we first investigate it by checking measurements from 
       our records. We do not accept returns, or exchanges of made-to-measure or custom-made orders unless they have first been 
       inspected by a representative of Croft Design and we have agreed that they are defective, or ‘not as ordered’. 
      We will not be held responsible for finished made-to-measure or custom order garments not fitting properly due to weight gain or loss. 
   Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. 
      Items that have been worn, dry-cleaned, ironed, steamed or washed will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. 
      Items that have any stains, emit body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of iron marks or water stains will not be accepted for returns 
      or exchanges. 
16.All fabrics are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee colour / fabric matches for any repeat orders.
Special Orders. 
     If you have a particular style or colour that you would like us to match, or if your robes are unique 
     in any way we will be pleased to prepare a special order quotation for you.

Discounts.
Are available to choirs and members of organisations such as the Guild of Church Musicians. Quantity discounts are also available. Details available against specific enquiries.
